G-Wiz pick-up truck

Postby MB » 28 Apr 2008 22:59

For those who are members of the Battery Vehicle Society, you will have noticed an article written by me in a copy of the latest issue of the magazine, along with a photograph of a G-Wiz pick-up truck.

You may well have wondered why I didn't mention anything about it on here before announcing the scoop in the BVS magazine... the reason is, I didn't know anything about it!

I've no idea about the origin of this photograph, and although I'd picked up on rumours of a Reva pick-up from within the industry, I didn't know there were pictures of it floating around...

Anyway, seeing its now in the public domain, here is the photograph in question:

Interesting.  That would make a decent sized four seat car as well.  Is this an indication of what we can expect from a future G-Wiz?

The G-Wiz design is ten years old now, although it only appeared in the UK five years ago.  I suspect that any new car is going to be completely restyled compared to the car we all know and love today.

Not based on any knowledge of what's going on at Reva whatsoever, just common sense!

I thought we had an earlier post which included pictures of the pick-up, 4 seater, and convertible but can't find it now..

Ah yes, I'd completely forgotten that one!

I still like the look of the lengthened version to make a full four seater.

I want one! I've always liked pickup trucks and that looks like quite a useful size.
