Apologies that it has taken so long to get the photos up, but here are a few photos taken from our get-together in March.
We had a meal at Weavers Restaurant in East London. Regular forum visitor Paul knew the venue well and organised the evening for us, even arranging some off-road parking and charging facilities for us. He did a fantastic job - the venue was absolutely ideal for us.
The food was excellent and it was great to put some faces to names and get to know people.
There were seventeen of us in total, which meant that everyone had a chance to meet and talk with everyone else.
Steven Hartridge, GoinGreen's new Managing Director came along and introduced himself and brought a new G-Wiz i with him, taking a number of us on demonstration runs. Steven is 6'7" tall, yet despite this he fits comfortably inside the new G-Wiz i, showing how much Reva has improved the interior space on the latest car.
Keith Johnston also came along for the evening, despite him leaving GoinGreen the previous week. It was good to see him again!

Thanks for everyone for coming along and taking part. And for everyone else who didn't come along - you missed a great evening. _________________ Mike Boxwell

Penultimate picture shows lead up to Tricia's infamous handbag test.
Subsequently pronounced a pass since the small recess on the top of the dash in front of the passenger is suitably dished for the location of said handbag while the new curved screen affords space for a slightly taller bag when required. |

Not in the near future as we're getting married at the end of August and the wedding needs paying for. |

Surely they've missed a serious marketing opportunity - it shouldn't be the G-Wiz i but should be called the I-Wizz to complement the collection of peripherals from that famous fruity company! _________________ The ICE is melting the ice, but the BEVs will bowl out the ICEs in the end! |
